Who we are
Myntriq Pte Ltd (UEN 202525569M), a company registered in Singapore. MyntriqOS is our agentic operating system for the enterprises.

What we process
If you visit the website. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site (see the Cookie Policy). If you write to us through the contact or evaluation forms, we receive your name, email, company, and message — delivered to our team by email (via Resend, a subprocessor named in the Subprocessor List) and held per the Data Retention Policy.
If your organisation uses MyntriqOS. The platform processes your organisation's business data on its behalf: conversations with agents, documents, CRM and business records, communications content (including WhatsApp messages where that channel is connected), and the credentials needed to connect your systems. In that relationship your organisation is the data controller and Myntriq is the data processor, under the Data Processing Addendum.
Where data lives
The platform's application compute and primary data store are hosted in Singapore, on cloud infrastructure certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2. AI model inference is processed by the providers named in the Subprocessor List — with each provider's jurisdiction, training posture, and retention posture recorded there, reviewed and dated.
Two commitments, plainly
- We do not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models without your express written agreement.
- Evaluation and proof-of-concept data is deleted by default if the engagement does not proceed.
How we protect it
Tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, encryption in transit and at rest, a full audit log of every agent action, and named, reviewed subprocessors. Our ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 work is a programme in flight — we do not claim certifications we do not hold. The Security Overview describes the controls as they stand today.
Your rights under the PDPA
Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. To exercise either, email info@myntriq.io — we acknowledge within two business days. Where we process your personal data on behalf of a customer organisation, we will direct you to that organisation, which controls the data.
You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing at any time by writing to the same address; we will tell you what that withdrawal means for the service you receive.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, contact us first — we would rather fix it than fight it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg).
Changes to this policy
This policy is versioned under the Trust Document Versioning Standard. Material changes are announced before they take effect, and every version is retained in the Trust Centre's archive.
